EMPLOYMENT LAW SOLICITORS
Employment Tribunal compensation claims - no win no fee
Our panel of solicitors specialise in all aspects of employment law. They deal exclusively with consent-based financial settlements and Employment Tribunal applications for compensation for unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal, redundancy, harassment, victimisation and racial, sexual, disability, age and religious discrimination.
If you feel that you may have a claim against either your employer or a co-worker, an employment law solicitor can provide a completely risk-free solution. Should you choose to instruct a lawyer under the no win no fee scheme, you pay nothing unless you win your case. The fee is a previously agreed upon percentage of the compensation you receive. Note also, that while compensation in redundancy cases maintains a cap, the Employment Tribunal hears many other types of claims for which compensatory damages have no limit.
Employment Solicitors
If you call our helpline during office hours, you will be immediately transferred to an employment law solicitor who will take your entire statement over the phone. If your call is after office hours, your personal contact information will be sent in an email to an employment law solicitor who will respond first thing in the morning of the next business day. If it is determined you do have a claim, your employment law solicitor will require your instructions as to whether you want to negotiate a settlement or apply immediately for compensatory damages or reinstatement to the Employment Tribunal.
